Ken Ryuguji is a founding member and the vice president of the Tokyo Manji Gang in the anime series, Tokyo Revengers. Ken’s authority over the Toman gang is more or less equal to the leader, Manjiro Sano. Ken is able to freely command the members and increase their morale.
